Meta
What we know about work?
When Meta says ‘surprise us,’ you don’t play it safe.
Instead.. we leaned in.
"Can you help on an internal presentation about our research on 'remote vs office work'? Meta contacted us out of the blue...
"It can't have our branding, it needs to be something different and it has to be engaging during our town hall."
Who are we to turn one of the giants down?
1) Unexpected is fun.
2) And surprises keeps audiences engaged.
3) But would it work for Meta?
The best way to find out? Dig in.
And so, we were game.
They needed something out of the ordinary.
Their in-house creatives suggested kinetic typography.
We liked that direction, but then we asked:
"What 𝗜𝗙.. we mixed it with simple illustrations to guide the story?"
Something fun, vibrant.. playful.
A style that entertained while educating.
Our small creative task force jumped in, brainstorming styles in Slack and Google Slides.
But here’s the twist:
We couldn’t rely on Meta’s branding:
> No familiar typography.
> No signature colors.
> No safety net.
At first, it felt wrong.
"Painting outside the lines? That’s breaking the rules."
But then we leaned in. Big time.
We made our own damn rules.
New color palettes. Characters built from words.
Fuzzy, helping hands guiding the narrative.
The result?
A fresh, surprising, high-energy style that vibed perfectly.
